Venue - All training is in close proximity to the office providing easy access to sessions either before or after work
All participant will complete a pre-exercise questionnaire detailing full medical history and goals you want to achieve throughout the program and beyond
An optional coping scale which can measure early signs of fatigue also providing us with information gauging your ability to maintain a balance in sleep, exercise and productivity at work.
